As you may know, transporting individuals offsite for specialist evaluations is expensive, labor-intensive, and comes with increased safety risk.  What we do is bring board-certified specialists such as orthopedics, cardiologists, dentists, and neurologists directly into facilities to evaluate individuals on-site, reducing costs, saving your team time, and improving care all at once.  We also handle documentation, follow-ups, and surgical coordination so that your team isn't overloaded with referrals and outside transports.

First individuals or nursing staff submit a consultation request.  Next our specialist visits the facility and reviews the task list.  They then perform evaluations and treat the individuals on the task list.  Encounter notes are documented in the EMR and the specialist orders follow-ups, imaging, therapy, or surgery.  All without any strain on the facility!

Billing is transparent and without any minimum charges or other deceptive practices.  For nursing facilities, we bill insurance so that facilities incur zero costs.  For correctional facilities, we bill biweekly and charge per individual visits, so you only pay for what we do.  This ensures that our model reduces costs, labor, and liability for the facilities which we serve while elevating wellness and avoiding delays in care for their populations.
